Effective for bruise management
In our open observation study involving patients with blunt injuries, we examined the effects of high-dose bromelain on bruising. A total of 59 patients were treated over one to three weeks alongside regular therapies. We evaluated their swelling, tenderness, and pain both at rest and during movement.

Our results showed that bromelain significantly reduced swelling and pain throughout the treatment period, with patients reporting high tolerability and compliance. This suggests that bromelain can be an effective addition in managing bruises and associated symptoms.

Nutritional supplements enhance recovery outcomes
We explored how nutritional supplementation during recovery from abdominoplasty affected outcomes like bruising and pain. In our study with 300 female patients, we compared traditional arnica and bromelain use to a new regimen including various nutrients.

The results indicated that those on the updated nutraceutical regimen experienced reduced pain and recovery time, along with a notable decrease in narcotic use. There was also a trend towards faster recovery from bruising, highlighting the potential benefits of including supplements in recovery plans for surgical patients.

Here is the best review for Bromelain based on my experience with surgery. After a previous surgery where I bruised badly, I took Bromelain prior to my recent eye surgery. I've noticed a dramatic difference; the bruising and swelling are significantly less than last time. This combination is sold on me!

This was recommended by my surgeon for eyelid surgery. It works astonishingly well, helping eliminate bruising on my face and IV site. After surgery, I was the only one without bruises. I’ll be buying this for my upcoming knee replacement. It’s a great must-have for any bruises.

No bruising with tattoos. I'm a 66-year-old former Green Beret who loves tattoos. My artist noted how easily I would bruise due to my thinner skin. Since using this, there’s been no more bruising! I take it with Arnica and avoid aspirin when getting a new tat. Works remarkably well.

Fewer bruises post-surgery

I experienced less bruising and swelling after surgeries by taking these for a few days before and two weeks after. The doctor was impressed by my healing speed. I had my mum use them for major oral surgery, and her dentist was amazed at her recovery—fewer bruises and less swelling than expected.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction and I loved it! I sought a natural remedy for inflammation and pain. I discovered Bromelain, derived from pineapples, and opted for it instead of traditional painkillers. I loved it! It effectively helped with the bruise, inflammation, and pain. I’ll definitely use it in the future.
