Healthy flu season
Works great! This is a fantastic source of the most absorbable form of K2 (MK-7) and reasonably priced too. I have ordered this several times for my grandmother, and this has been her healthiest "cold and flu" season yet (she is also taking D3 5,000 IU and glutathione with this K2 MK-7). For the past six years, she has had at least one ER visit a winter for respiratory illness. However, this season, she has avoided the ER, except for an injury from launching a boat. K2 MK-7 with D3 is essential, as it prevents D3 from causing calcium deposits in the heart. I would and have purchased this again for her and myself!
