For women in menopause, MK7 vitamin K2 is particularly beneficial. Age leads to osteoporosis where calcium absorption from foods diminishes and is instead washed out of bones. I take it with vitamin D3, which aids calcium absorption, while MK7 helps clean blood vessels and strengthens bones and teeth. I've consistently taken it for two months, finding that combining Omega-3, D3, and K2 yields the best effect. I hope this review assists someone in their decision-making.
