Hay fever symptoms reduced
I bought this for hay fever prevention. I began taking two pills every morning at the year's start, ramping up to six at peak season. With additional Vitamin C, my runny nose and itchy throat symptoms have reduced significantly compared to previous years.

Reduced throat infections
I believe it works! I've been using this daily vitamin D3 with K2 primarily for my immune system. While I lack tests confirming improvements, I've noticed I get throat infections far less often.

Hay fever relief

In early March, I experienced my first hay fever symptoms in 20 years. Itchy eyes and a sore throat prompted me to take 5000 IU of Vitamin D-3. After increasing it to 15,000-20,000 IU for a week, my symptoms subsided. Although it's still pollen season, I now take 5000 IU daily and am feeling well. Once pollen season ends, I'll revert to 2000 IU. Overall, it’s worked wonders for me.
