Improved test results
I take it as prescribed by my doctor for my prediabetes type 2. My tests have shown improvement. My doctor has advised me to keep taking it, and there have been no side effects. I do not personally feel any significant benefit or harm. The capsules are convenient, odourless, and tasteless.
