Spices and seeds are hopefully beginning my journey to better health. I have started using my Nutribullet to blend various spices and seeds with greens and fruit, and I've enjoyed them. While I can't pinpoint the effect of each ingredient, the combination seems effective. I've also been using some essential oils. After consuming these, we often don't want to eat for 2 to 4 hours, and my heartburn has vanished. My blood pressure has dropped slightly. I'll keep track of any further changes and how they relate to individual ingredients.
