Unfortunately, it seems I have a negative reaction to choline. The capsules have caused me to experience anxiety, depression, and nightmares. There is a recognised correlation between choline and depression, so those sensitive to certain foods should exercise caution.

Mild nausea
I experienced a weird sensation; I’m unsure if it was due to the choline or inositol, but it made me feel slightly nauseous. The quality is good; Now Foods typically offers great products.
