Negative Elderberry effects
I'm sorry for the bad review, but I had a reaction from taking it. After my hysterectomy last year, I went into menopause and experienced severe hot flashes and heart palpitations controlled with "Estroven". However, upon starting the Elderberry supplement, the palpitations returned. Stopping Elderberry resolved the issue. I’m unsure if the supplement affected my heart or diminished the effects of Estroven. I'd like to caution other ladies about this potential effect, though some friends swear by Elderberry. Always consult your doctor before deciding if it’s right for you.
