I haven't fallen ill while taking omega daily for four months. I didn't even get a cold. Omega possesses antiviral properties. However, after a two-month break, I experienced three outbreaks of herpes and one cold. I plan to start taking it again. If my review was helpful, please like it. It would make me happy. 😉

Herpes outbreaks ceased
I really liked Omega 3 at this dosage. I noticed a significant improvement: my immune system strengthened. My husband used to suffer from chronic herpes monthly, but now we've forgotten about it. His cold duration reduced, and recovery is much faster now! I never expected omega to be so beneficial! The only downside might be the size; they are large but not uncomfortable to take.

Immunity strengthened
