The packaging is nice, and there's no herbal taste. Ginkgo biloba is effective, sharpening my concentration without the anxiety typically associated with coffee.

Unfortunately, I realised too late that this supplement acts as a stimulant. I had hoped it would be a safer alternative to caffeine, but it worsened my anxiety, muscle twitching, and irritability. I wouldn't recommend it for those sensitive to stimulants.
