Improved gallbladder function
I steam it with taurine to dilute bile and take 1/4 teaspoon on an empty stomach 2-3 times daily. I mix it with water and occasionally suck a small amount of the powder before bed if I struggle to fall asleep. Glycine helps me stay alert during the day and facilitates deep sleep at night. It enhances my mood and reduces irritability. My gallbladder has also started functioning better, and morning sickness has vanished. A fantastic product for the price. I highly recommend it!
