As a type 1 diabetic, it helps maintain my glycated hemoglobin levels, reduces inflammation, and enhances my overall well-being, even when my sugar levels are high. After nearly 20 years on antipsychotic medication, I experienced an annoying eyelid twitch that vanished when I started taking glycine. It also significantly improved my sleep quality, likely due to its influence on serotonin and REM sleep.
