Purchased to prevent UV allergies from recurring after a long absence, I bought this as my sunscreen washes off during the recent heatwave. I've noticed I'm getting more hives due to UV rays... Honestly, I don't really notice much difference, but after a month of taking it, I'm observing fewer hives than before! I feel like I’m achieving a normal tan (lol), but my skin turnover is so slow that I can't really tell the difference in my tan! (lol) I also take protein and vitamin C.

Previously, one of my eyes, which always had a gritty sensation, became extremely painful upon taking this. I wondered if it addressed a bad blockage? Despite the discomfort, I continued taking it, but ultimately, nothing changed, so I stopped. I tried it again due to severe hives and inflammation, yet there was no difference. When my symptoms are severe, I seek noticeable change and attempt various solutions.
