I learned about Dr. Magera Ilya, an endocrinologist, and purchased vitamins he suggested (including fish oil - Now Foods, DHA-500). After starting these in January 2021, my life transformed. I felt an immediate surge of strength and improved mood. Omega-3 inhibits bile stagnation and alleviates headaches, enhancing gallbladder function. If I experience a headache while fasting, I know to take Omega as it eases toxins—not hunger. I take 1 capsule daily and ensure I drink liquid to allow fats to enter the brain rapidly.

Excellent! I take Omega as recommended by an endocrinologist, one tablet every morning before breakfast. To improve digestibility, I pierce the capsule and drink the contents, reminiscent of red caviar. I've noticed improvements such as the dryness of my skin vanishing, enhanced metabolism, and a boost in energy. Additionally, my gallbladder functions better, and I feel great overall; I recommend it to everyone!

My favourite Omega! I take it regularly. Following intermittent fasting due to calculous Cholecystitis, I ensure bile does not stagnate by consuming one capsule every 4-5 hours, irrespective of meals. After prolonged use, I've observed improvements in my skin and hair quality - they are now shinier and healthier!

I started taking this excellent Omega during pregnancy and continued while breastfeeding, following my doctor’s recommendations. It positively impacts gallbladder function. The DHA to EPA ratio is good; the closer it is to a thousand, the better. Highly recommend it!

Enhances mental performance
My husband and I adore this Omega! It contains DHA and EPA acids. If you want to clean and strengthen your vessels, choose one with a high EPA content. For improved brain activity, opt for high DHA. We often consume this Omega-3 alongside vitamin D3 for better absorption and take iron at a different time to avoid interference. The capsules are large and slightly bitter, but we find that piercing them helps with the gallbladder.
