I conducted blinded tests on this product for anxiety and it works! I experimented on myself for a month, noting which days I took NAC while my girlfriend kept track. There was a noticeable difference in my anxiety levels on days I took NAC compared to when I didn't. It appears effective for me, but it’s important to cycle it (4 days on, 2 days off) because NAC increases glutathione levels, and to maintain those levels, a break is necessary.

This supplement is amazing. I struggle with OCD and social anxiety, and NAC is a tremendous help for both. It seems to improve my mood as well. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach and feel its effects within an hour, lasting throughout the day. I’ve experienced a significant reduction in anxiety and distressing thoughts, better focus, and a general sense of well-being. It's notable that NAC helps with hangovers too. Overall, I would strongly recommend this product.

I've been taking these after reading about their benefits. Although I don’t have cancer, I'm keen on staying healthy. The reviews indicated they help with OCD and anxiety, and I believe they truly do. My mild OCD has eased; I no longer feel compelled to stick strictly to my schedule. I feel more relaxed and unfazed by the state of the house or unfinished tasks. Whether it’s a placebo effect or not, I’m feeling better and that’s all that matters.
