Disappointed. I wanted to like this product and ordered it for its touted health benefits. Each time I took it, by the third day, I developed a slight cough and sore throat, resembling flu-like symptoms. After stopping, the symptoms disappeared. I tried it again and the same thing occurred. I'm unsure if I'm allergic, but I was very disappointed and won't order again.
