Fabulous product with many benefits. However, users should note this is SUPER Primrose, meaning each oil capsule contains 1300 mg of primrose oil. Initially, I started getting headaches, mostly around my eyes, after taking it. Upon reflection, I realised that the headaches were linked to this SUPER Primrose. After discontinuing, the headaches stopped. It’s worth mentioning that headaches and migraines are side effects of primrose oil. I recommend starting with a lower dosage to see how your body reacts.

After taking it, my migraines vanished within thirty minutes, and subsequently, I experienced no further migraines. However, I can't confirm if it's pure coincidence.
