Fantastic absorption; my skin isn't dry anymore and improved my IBS symptoms. I had previously stopped EPO after gall bladder surgery as it made me ill. This new product, however, has no queasiness and has eased my bloating significantly. Now my skin is moisturised again, and I truly notice a difference if I forget to take it. I take two daily, which is sufficient. I will continue to reorder, as they surpass other brands I've tried.

At times, I took two a day closer to my periods. It has helped with my bloating and mood swings. Definitely worth trying and reasonably priced.

Mild bloating initially
I should've started with a lower dosage. Initially, they caused mild stomach bloating and a headache. However, after adjusting to one capsule a day post-meal, they have significantly alleviated my PMS symptoms.
