Having used this product for a week now, the needle-like pain in my feet and thighs has vanished. I suffered from heat in my feet, which disrupted my sleep and made sitting painful. Using Cat's claw and Panax ginseng, I’m improving daily and hope to reclaim my former self. iHerb has provided excellent service. I ordered two more and highly recommend it to others with similar issues.
