Game changer for my Endo Girls. This supplement provides a good dosage of EPA and DHA. The capsules aren't the smallest, but they work for me. I have endometriosis and my doctor advised taking Omega 3. After taking these for 3 months, my gynaecologist couldn’t find the cyst I had for 3 years. There is no fish burp. The capsules are large but easy to swallow; I take two whole each day at breakfast. I noticed the effect within a month—dryness and peeling of my skin on the arms and legs disappeared. For improved results, it's best to take Omega consistently for 3-4 months. Over time, my hair has become shiny and vibrant, my feet are soft, and my nails are strong and no longer break or exfoliate.

Our findings revealed that higher levels of omega-3s, particularly eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, are linked to a reduced risk of total and ischemic strokes. Specifically, those with the highest omega-3 levels experienced a 17% lower incidence of total stroke and an 18% reduced risk of ischemic stroke.

The best Omega! Features high doses of EPA and DHA along with vitamin D. Since our family started using this Omega, we’ve observed significant memory improvements in students, and my brother’s blurred vision got better, with less eye fatigue when using a computer. Overall feelings of fatigue have decreased, and health parameters have improved across the board. My father feels calmer and less irritable at work. We also consistently take vitamin D alongside it. An excellent composition developed for adults, with two capsules meeting daily requirements. Omega-3 fatty acids concentration is 900mg per capsule: EPA 600mg for heart support, and DHA 300mg for brain function. The fish gelatin capsule has a slight smell, but I easily swallowed it.
