A basic daily supplement ✔ Capsules contain fish oil as ethyl esters, along with the vital vitamin D3 (1000 IU), crucial for body processes. An excellent composition developed for adults, with two capsules meeting daily requirements. Omega-3 fatty acids concentration is 900mg per capsule: EPA 600mg for heart support, and DHA 300mg for brain function. The fish gelatin capsule has a slight smell, but I easily swallowed it.

Improved brain function
I'm loving this product. After a break, I've resumed taking Omega-3 with this one, rich in EPA/DHA, and I'm quite impressed. My allergies have diminished, brain function is smoother, and I have less belly fat. I don’t want to switch brands anymore.
