I usually obtain vitamin D from food; however, I do not consume enough fish, seafood, eggs, or dairy to meet my needs. Hence, I opted for vitamin D3 capsules. While I previously experienced some heaviness and occasional heartburn, these issues have resolved. My skin, often dull from city life, has improved. Additionally, my nails, which were thin and breaking, have become stronger and more even after a month of taking the supplement.
