I usually obtain vitamin D from food; however, I do not consume enough fish, seafood, eggs, or dairy to meet my needs. Hence, I opted for vitamin D3 capsules. While I previously experienced some heaviness and occasional heartburn, these issues have resolved. My skin, often dull from city life, has improved.
