Panthenol mask improves skin barrier
We aimed to evaluate how a panthenol-enriched mask, specifically La Roche-Posay Mask Pro, performs in improving skin barriers for different types, such as dry sensitive, oily sensitive, and oily acne-prone skin.

Over 177 participants used the mask under guidance, and we measured factors like hydration, sebum content, and redness at multiple intervals.

I discovered I had a vitamin deficiency. I usually prefer meat and rice and neglect vegetables. In my 40s, this neglect showed on my face. To combat it, I began taking vitamins B and C in the morning and evening, as well as A and E at night. My complexion improved, with no acne and smaller pores. I felt rejuvenated. My son frequently suffers from prickly heat, and a friend advised vitamin B complex for relief. It’s very convenient to take just one pill daily. After two months, the prickly heat improved by 90%, and his acne decreased significantly. I never imagined a small vitamin could have such a huge impact!

I initially considered B2 and B6 for acne but ended up purchasing B50 for a balanced approach. Additionally, I started taking glutathione, ercysteine, and vitamin D3 together. After three weeks, my acne has lessened, and my skin appears brighter. I plan to continue this regimen.
