I purchased it for myself and have always relied on it. Previously, I used to take it in the form of picolinate, but this time I opted for these lozenges and have not regretted it. They have a pleasant taste and soften the throat upon absorption. I take it every two hours when I notice a sore throat, and it greatly alleviates the discomfort. I highly recommend it!

Cospa is good! The vitamin B mixes sold at drugstores seem ineffective. Feeling like I wasn't getting enough, I purchased this! Though the grains are larger than the Japanese ones, when I had a sore throat, I took it and it healed instantly, so I find it very effective.

Problem reduction
I've had throat issues since childhood, and the hospital advised that vitamin B would be beneficial. I have remained on it since, and since then, the problems have significantly decreased. It has been a repeat supplement for several years. Due to its stable quality, I trust and use it. When I sense a sore throat coming, I drink plenty, and I feel better in no time. I do not experience any niacin flush.
