Hives completely healed

Taking one pill daily after a meal provides a significant intake. Due to the combination of polyamines, minerals, and niacinamide, my hives, which I believed were worsening, have completely healed! My skin no longer feels fatigued. Since the skin's turnover period is 21 days, I think it’s best to continue this regimen for that duration.

Symptoms subside

I developed an interest in orthomolecular products and began taking a daily capsule of a B group vitamin for about a month. My atopic dermatitis, itching, and extremely dry skin, which I had suffered from for years, began to improve. Previously, I experienced food allergies that caused hives and fever when consuming meat, eggs, or seafood, but now I have no adverse reactions after eating a small amount. I also take vitamins C, D, iron, and zinc, which could be a synergistic factor, but this particular vitamin seems the most effective. After a month, I feel optimistic that continuing will lead to betterment. When choosing a vitamin B group supplement, I was cautious about niacin, as I have allergies. This NOW Foods B-50 contains niacinamide in a safe amount for individuals with allergies.
