The product contains the necessary B vitamins. I didn't experience any adverse reactions while taking this B complex alongside other supplements such as vitamin C with rose hips, D3, and ashwagandha. There was no acid reflux, and I feel less susceptible to muscle and nerve pains that people my age usually experience.

Vitamin B12 is only in micrograms. I experience a boost from the other B vitamins. I did not encounter any acidity or acid reflux with this supplement. The vitamin amounts are average, and I receive the energy I need throughout the day. I believe I will purchase it again in the future as it benefits my hormones and nerves.

After two weeks of using B-50, I've yet to determine its full effects. The capsules are flavourless and don’t cause reflux, and their size is convenient. The ingredient composition is ideal, thus I was advised not to use it daily due to its potency at my age of 30. I have a varied diet but suffer from leaky gut, and this seems to aid my metabolism. I also find it helps boost my energy levels.

I tried taking megavitamins, but I felt bloated. I took them once in the morning and evening, but due to existing reflux esophagitis, it didn’t change. When I switched to just taking it in the morning and halved the contents, my stomach bloating, headaches, and fatigue lessened. As a smaller Japanese individual, the amount may have been excessive, causing discomfort. I still prefer taking the contents without the capsule due to the uncomfortable memories of that tight stomachache.
