Vitamin B yogurt aids weight loss
We investigated whether yogurt enriched with B vitamins could help with weight management in overweight patients with Type 2 Diabetes. Over 12 weeks, participants consumed either vitamin-enriched yogurt or conventional yogurt daily.

Those in the enriched group experienced a significant reduction in body weight and calorie intake compared to those who consumed regular yogurt. While overall improvements in glycemic control were less prominent, vitamin levels in the body did improve.

This suggests that vitamin B-rich yogurt can play a beneficial role in weight management and nutrient status for people with Type 2 Diabetes.

α-Lipoic acid aids weight loss
We evaluated whether α-lipoic acid (LA) supplementation could help with weight loss in overweight adults. In a 24-week controlled trial involving 81 participants, those taking LA experienced a greater reduction in body mass index (BMI) compared to the placebo group.
