Great! Both my eyes and skin benefit from this. I find it very effective as my eyes no longer dry out after prolonged use. My night vision has improved too. I've had diabetes for over 10 years, leading to inevitable fundus damage. However, with regular use of this vitamin A, I've managed to delay and reduce such damage. My skin appears smoother, unlike someone in their 50s. Occasionally, after continuous use, my skin feels itchy due to the high dose of 25,000 units per capsule. At that point, a short break helps. My genetic test pointed to a vitamin A metabolic disorder, hence the higher dosage. If in doubt, I'd suggest the average person stick to 10,000 units.
