This is a toxic dose of Vitamin A! I've been taking this since January every day, and over the past couple of months, my hair has been thinning. I started doing some reading and realised that to overdose on Vitamin A, one would need to consume about double the recommended daily intake, which is 10,000 IU, but this product contains 25,000 IU! Vitamin A is fat-soluble and builds up in your system. Overdoing Vitamin A can cause hair loss, but it is reversible. I ceased taking the excess and expect my hair to return to normal. Be cautious with dosages.
