During these times of COVID and other respiratory illnesses, good supplementation is essential to help our bodies remain strong. Vitamin D3 is vital in this process of preparing the body to resist viruses. I did catch a slight flu, but I experienced no strong symptoms, all thanks to the vitamin D! NOW is an excellent brand with quality ingredients, small capsule size, ideal dosage, and a compact package. Vitamin D should be supplemented with Vitamin K2 (Mk-7) because K2 ensures calcium is allocated properly in our bodies. Therefore, I believe this product is an excellent purchase!

I often get sick, particularly with colds and the flu, experiencing discomfort throughout my body, chronic muscle and bone pain, and low energy. Since taking this supplement along with extra virgin olive oil and sufficient protein, my energy levels have improved significantly.
