A must if you suffer from an MSG allergy. Definitely buy this if you're sensitive to MSG. It works best if taken before consuming MSG, such as at a restaurant. My husband suffers debilitating headaches and brain fog from MSG, and this has been a lifesaver. I can't prescribe dosages, but he weighs 240 lbs and takes 2 pills beforehand. If he notices a headache after eating, he takes another. It significantly improves his quality of life, and it also works post-MSG consumption, but not as effectively.

Weird reaction noted

READ BEFORE BUYING. I purchased this to help with anxiety and took one around 6pm. Initially, I felt okay, but about an hour later, I became lethargic, tired, and felt generally odd. I felt so strange that I was afraid to sleep and by 12:20am I had a bad headache and a lingering weird sensation. I've also felt a bit nauseous for the last 5 hours. I am puzzled by my reaction since it's a natural amino acid and at a low dosage of 500mg. If it only made me tired, I could manage that, but this is unbearable. Many others seem to have great results, so perhaps my experience is an anomaly. I'd consider trying it again, but I certainly hope not to repeat this ordeal.
