Effective against hypertension
I take it alongside hawthorn extract. It works well for the onset of hypertension. My pressure began to fluctuate recently, but with this remedy, I've managed without pills so far.

Seems to help at least a little with blood pressure. Taurine was recommended to help control pre-hypertension. I tend to be somewhat anxious, so it calms me down a bit. I've taken two capsules a day for a few weeks and notice some reduction in my BP numbers. It's not as effective as consuming a fresh clove of garlic daily; however, I see a reduction of 2-4 points. I've had good success with NOW brands and I'm pleased with this purchase. I just wish it provided a greater reduction in my BP numbers.

I like taking one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon to combat hypertension. The dosage is convenient, and I appreciate the slight diuretic effect. Highly recommended!
