Very good cost performance! I’m taking this supplement alongside my girlfriend. Vitamin E is fat-soluble and difficult to overdose on, with just one tablet needed each day, making it easy to take. I've noticed it’s effective; my girlfriend used to suffer from severe migraines, but since she started this product, the frequency of her migraines has surprisingly decreased. I plan to continue using it!
