Extreme fatigue and lack of energy are key symptoms of fibromyalgia, which I've lived with for five years. Taking B1 (thiamine) supplements at 600mg to 800mg daily has restored my lost energy. Being affordable allows me to purchase other essential supplements to function daily. 😊

Mood booster. If you are hypothyroid or managing Hashimoto’s, you may greatly benefit from thiamine supplementation. This also applies to diabetes, fibromyalgia, and inflammatory bowel disease. Many report that thiamine enhances attention, energy, and motivation, leading to reduced brain fog, improved mental clarity, and lower anxiety levels. Those facing fibromyalgia and nerve pain experience a notable reduction in pain.

I take benfotiamine along with regular B-1, as thiamine deficiency in fibromyalgia can exacerbate pain. Consuming 1000mg of both types daily has clearly been beneficial for my fibromyalgia.

Reduced spasms
A great product recommended for fibromyalgia. I consume 1 capsule before bed and have noticed that spasms are decreasing. It has become easier to rise in the morning, and I hope to see further improvement in a month's time.
