A hangover saviour! Taking vitamin B1 before or after drinking alcohol prevents headaches and helps you wake up without discomfort. Just don’t drink excessively!
If you suffer from headaches and stress, I recommend trying vitamin B1. It helped diminish my headaches, improved my health, and provided a calming effect. I now handle work challenges much easier.
A very convenient and unusual form of the vitamin, not usually sold separately in tablet form. It has a good dosage, easy to swallow, and the price is reasonable. My headaches have decreased, and I've found it easier to sleep. I'd recommend it to most people.
