I love the Now products, they work and are less expensive, that's a win-win as my doc has me on a few supplements. Going through a tough time and my energy has been waning. Have some long standing sleep problems too, so am always running on the tired side. My doc says the b vitamins are important for energy and that they tend to be more depleted in times of stress. My Headache doc says b vitamins are important for Headache patients as well. So, I had taken another b comples from a different company, but didn't notice much of an increase in energy. But I have with these, my energy levels are definitely better. I don't feel as drowsy and the desire to nap is a lot less. I've heard Now is known to actually have the amount listed as opposed to some other companies that aren't as diligent. And I believe it! Would recommend to anyone considering b vitamins and as something to try if energy levels are no up to par
