Comparison of Tobramycin-Dexamethasone Combination Eyedrop Versus Artificial Tear Eyedrop for the Management of Presumed Viral Epidemic Conjunctivitis: A Randomized Treatment Trial.
We examined the effectiveness of tobramycin-dexamethasone eye drops versus artificial tears in treating acute viral conjunctivitis. In this randomized study, participants received either treatment following a one-time povidone-iodine application.
While we observed quicker symptom relief with the tobramycin-dexamethasone drops in the initial days, by day 7, recovery was quite similar between both groups. Importantly, there were no significant side effects reported, making both options safe for patients.

Effective for dryness

I take it for dryness in the eyes and frequent conjunctivitis - it helps! The dose is rather large, so I take one capsule per day with my second meal for about a week, followed by a rest of 2-3 weeks. I once gave it to my 10-year-old daughter when she had cracks in the corners of her mouth, and after just 3 days, everything disappeared. The drug works remarkably well. I haven't observed any irritant effects on my stomach.

I cannot pinpoint what initially affected my eyes, but I started suffering from conjunctivitis. There’s no better remedy than riboflavin for this ailment. It relieved my eye pain and fogginess, as well as the unpleasant sourness. I haven't experienced any eye issues for three months since taking the supplement. I’ve noticed that my eye muscles have strengthened, making it much easier to work on the computer. Highly recommended!

Great for conjunctivitis

I use it for dry eyes and frequent conjunctivitis – it works! The dosage is somewhat excessive for me; I take one capsule daily with my second meal for a week, then rest for 2-3 weeks. I once gave it to my 10-year-old daughter for cracks in her mouth, and after 3 days of use, they disappeared. The product is fantastic, with no noticeable stomach irritation. Additionally, it can be used as a yellow food dye for soaps or bath bombs, just remember to mix it with a few drops of water for effective use.
