Effective for colds

An effective remedy against viral diseases, colds, and flu. At the first signs, like snot and sore throat, I take two pills, and I also give my teenage son one. Most times, we can stave off the illness early. The tablets contain rosehip, a natural source of vitamin C and an antioxidant. They are quite sour, so I recommend taking them after meals with water. Each contains 500 mg of vitamin C and is satisfactory in quality, with 250 tablets lasting a long time.

Effective for colds
Good Vitamin C at a reasonable price and dosage. In our current time of colds, I take it when I feel something off in my throat or general health. For the first couple of days, I might take 2 or 3 tablets daily, then reduce the dosage. Remarkably, after just one day of taking 3 capsules, my throat pain ceased. However, it's essential to drink it carefully and take care of my kidneys.

Favourite Vitamin C—I’ll reorder! These vitamins digest better than others. I seldom got sick during flu season, even when colleagues fell ill. When I felt throat irritation and runny nose, I took 2 tablets daily, allowing my body to manage. My husband and I are delighted, having shifted from conventional treatments. The price is reasonable, and the quality is superb.

I started using it only 10 days ago, but so far, it has helped my itchy throat, and I am eager to see further improvements.
Adenoiditis is an inflammation of the adenoids, which are small masses of lymphatic tissue located at the back of the nasal cavity. These tissues play a crucial role in the immune system, particularly in young children, by helping to protect the body from infections. When the adenoids become swollen or inflamed, it can lead to a range of symptoms including nasal congestion, difficulty breathing through the nose, sore throat, and sometimes fever. Adenoiditis can be caused by various factors, including bacterial or viral infections, allergies, or chronic irritants.
In many cases, the condition is diagnosed based on medical history and physical examination, sometimes supplemented with imaging studies if necessary. Treatment typically involves managing symptoms, which may include saline nasal sprays, pain relievers, and, in recurrent or severe cases, a surgical procedure called adenotonsillectomy to remove the adenoids. If you or your child are experiencing symptoms of adenoiditis, consulting a healthcare professional is essential to determine the best course of action and ensure proper care.
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a critical role in numerous bodily functions. As an essential nutrient, it contributes to the growth and repair of tissues in the body, and it is vital for the production of collagen, an important protein that helps maintain skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. Additionally, Vitamin C acts as a powerful antioxidant, which means it helps combat free radicals—unstable molecules that can cause oxidative stress and contribute to various chronic diseases.
Moreover, Vitamin C enhances iron absorption from plant-based foods, making it a vital component for those following vegetarian or vegan diets. While many people get sufficient Vitamin C from a well-balanced diet that includes fruits and vegetables like oranges, strawberries, kiwi, broccoli, and bell peppers, some individuals might require supplementation. It's generally recommended to stay within the daily intake guidelines, as excessive consumption can lead to gastrointestinal disturbances. Overall, Vitamin C is not just a skincare celebrity—it's a fundamental part of maintaining overall health and well-being.

Mild illness management

This Vitamin C assists the body in fighting viruses and infections; it won't completely shield one from all ailments, but it certainly helps ensure that they are much milder with ongoing use. I take one tablet (500 mg) daily, and in the early stages of illness, I sometimes take two doses of 2 tablets each. Over six months, I have experienced a significant decrease in illness-related symptoms, including snot and throat irritation, that I previously caught from children. Vitamin D is also essential for me daily.

No more sickness
The composition is excellent and uncomplicated. I have used Vitamin C and rose hips for years, preferably in a natural form. These tablets are oval-shaped with a light aroma, yet immunity definitely increases with daily use. I noticed that I remained healthy through cold weather, even when not dressed warmly. If I feel a sore throat coming on, I take 3-4 tablets, and the symptoms usually disappear swiftly. Though dietary supplements seemed dubious for therapeutic effects, I’ve remained well for 4 months, and this vitamin prevents heartburn.

Cured my cold
Definitely recommend! Either these vitamins suited me, or the dog rose helped immensely, which is in the composition, but there is a result! I had a runny nose, headache, sore throat and general fatigue for a week. After taking these vitamins (2 pcs in the morning), my nose was still clogged, but I felt energised and received compliments on my radiant face. The snot disappeared abruptly after the first intake. Could be placebo, or perhaps not, but they worked. The tablets are large, yet smaller than omega 3 ones.

Quick relief
Initially, the tablet size seemed large, but I got accustomed to taking them without chewing. They taste pleasantly sour, akin to lemon, which I enjoy. Daily use has evidently boosted my immunity. Even without proper attire in chilly weather or drinking cold water, I stayed healthy. If I experience a sore throat, I take 3-4 tablets, and typically, the cold symptoms vanish the next day. I doubted dietary supplements' efficacy, yet I haven't fallen ill for 4 months; at the first sign of sore throat, I dissolve the pills frequently, which aids recovery swiftly.
