The composition is excellent, with nothing superfluous. I've been using Vitamin C and rose hips in their natural forms for many years. The tablets are oval, beige with small dark speckles, measuring about 1.7 cm. They don't have a strong aroma, just a faint scent reminiscent of dried berries. With daily use, I've noticed a boost in immunity; despite going out in the cold a few times without a hat and consuming cold water, I’ve avoided tonsillitis. I take 3-4 tablets at the first signs of a sore throat, and the discomfort subsides quickly. Although the taste is quite sour, akin to dissolving a lemon slice, the quick effect and lack of heartburn are significant advantages.
