Vitamin D treatment reduces abscesses
We examined how vitamin D deficiency relates to the occurrence of periapical abscesses. By analyzing hospital data, we found that patients with vitamin D deficiency had a significantly higher chance of developing these abscesses compared to those without the deficiency.

Interestingly, patients who received calciferol supplements demonstrated a marked reduction in the prevalence of abscesses. This suggests that vitamin D treatment may play a vital role in managing periapical abscesses, highlighting the importance for dentists to consider vitamin D levels in their patients.

Vitamin D deficiency affects infection severity
We investigated how vitamin D levels impact the severity of oropharyngeal infections, specifically looking at issues like abscesses that often result in surgery and longer hospital stays.

In our retrospective study, patients were divided based on vitamin D levels: deficiency (below 30 ng/mL) and optimal (30 ng/mL or higher).

Our findings revealed that those with vitamin D deficiency stayed in the hospital much longer and needed surgical treatment more often. This suggests that maintaining proper vitamin D levels may reduce the severity of these infections, emphasizing the potential benefits of vitamin D supplementation.

Improved thyroid health
Great drug! I began taking this medication for thyroid disease, previously having lower vitamin D levels indicating deficiency. I took 10,000 every day for a month and now maintain 5,000 daily. My thyroid condition has improved significantly, and vitamin D is essential for cell regeneration and immunity. This supplement works well for me and absorbs easily into my body. Overall, I trust this manufacturer for many dietary supplements. 🙏🙏🙏

I have been ordering vitamin D3 from this manufacturer for the third time. Although I also purchased biotin and magnesium, I cannot comment on their results yet as I have just bought them. My vitamin D levels were very low at 30, and my nutritionist advised taking 10,000 units for a month, followed by 5,000 units for another month, and then 3,000 units daily. After this regimen, I rechecked my levels and they had increased to 80. I experienced a reduction in fatigue and drowsiness, and crucially, my chest cysts and fibroadenomas have disappeared. This has been the outcome of a two-year journey where I focussed on my internal health. Remember to take care of your health yourself!

Concerns about toxicity
I tried the Vitamin D-3 High Potency supplement, hoping to alleviate joint pains. Unfortunately, I didn't find it beneficial and discontinued use due to toxicity concerns and potential bone cysts. Despite my hopes, I saw no substantial improvement in my joint pain, which was disappointing. Individual results vary, so always consult a healthcare professional before starting such supplements. I cannot recommend this vitamin D-3 supplement based on my experience.
