We explored the effectiveness of OsteoCalVitFort, a supplement combining 500 mg of calcium and 400 IU of vitamin D3, focusing specifically on its impact on bloating. The study involved 186 participants aged 18 to 65 years, who took two tablets daily—one after breakfast and one after dinner.
Through follow-up phone calls, we gathered information about any side effects and the overall satisfaction with the supplement. Notably, we observed a significant reduction in bloating, with the rate decreasing from 12.5% before taking the supplement to just 0.6% after. This impressive drop highlights the potential benefits of vitamin D3 in alleviating bloating discomfort.
Overall, the findings suggest that OsteoCalVitFort is not only effective but also well-received by users, with 94% reporting satisfaction with their experience. Importantly, we noted that no significant adverse effects were reported, setting OsteoCalVitFort apart from other supplements often linked with gastrointestinal issues.
