Improved condition

My husband liked it, but I did not. The capsules upset my gastrointestinal tract, causing heartburn and discomfort, regardless of whether I took them before meals, after meals, on an empty stomach, or before bedtime. The only effective form of vitamin D for me is liquid. I won't experiment further. However, my husband enjoyed them and seemed a bit cheerier, though he didn’t take any tests.
