These capsules were not suitable for me, despite my attempts to take them before and after meals, on an empty stomach, and at bedtime. I still experienced gastrointestinal upset, along with heartburn and discomfort. The only form of vitamin D that works for me is liquid, so I shall not be trying these again. My husband, on the other hand, enjoyed them. Although he did not take any tests, he did seem a bit cheerier than usual and appeared to be less unwell.
