I purchased zinc to manage PMS symptoms and found it effective. I took it on an empty stomach and felt its impact on premenstrual frustration. While I also used it for digestive inflammation, the specifics of that were less clear. However, when paired with a gluten-free, casein-free, and sugar-free diet, I could feel its benefits more distinctly.
