No bloating issue

To build a healthy body, I find the chocolate taste excellent and pleasant to drink. It's effective for my teenage son fighting stretch marks. We consume it to replenish protein needs after training, and it works well; the results are evident. I enjoy drinking it after jogging, and the muscles are visibly defined. This lactose-free protein is well absorbed, and fortunately, it doesn't cause bloating!

So glad I decided to try this powder based on the positive reviews. The chocolate flavour is tasty, especially when added to milk and peanut powder for extra protein. So far, I’ve experienced no bloating or gas. Starting with one shake, I've moved up to two a day, still with no issues concerning bloating or gas. A great product overall.

Appetite suppression

This chocolate-flavoured whey protein has alleviated my cravings for chocolate, especially before menstruation. Initially, I was anxious due to past bloating issues with whey protein, but this product was fine. I consume about 10g at a time, and it mixes well with other foods, enhancing digestibility and providing satisfaction akin to a chocolate snack.

This protein dissolves better than others I’ve used and has a delightful dark chocolate taste without resistance. There’s no bloating after consumption, and I feel the protein spreading through my body after exercise. It's a reliable product with excellent ingredients, fit for taking with other supplements.

I wouldn't recommend whey protein; it raised my insulin levels and caused bloating. Switching to whey isolate made a significant difference.

Good! I've tried many different protein brands, and as a gym enthusiast with PCOS and sodium sensitivity, this is the ONLY protein powder that doesn't cause bloating after drinking. It tastes delightful and cooks well too—my new go-to!

No digestive issues
This protein has a great flavour and doesn't give me a stomach ache like other whey options. Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey is my go-to. It mixes easily, providing 24 grams of high-quality protein with minimal sugar and fat, without causing digestive issues.

Not for me
It leaves an aftertaste, causes bloating, and isn’t suitable for those sensitive to texture. I generally prefer the vegan option.

Bloating concern
The taste is delightful! Protein tends to make me feel bloated, so I consumed it slowly until it was finished. I've tried various proteins, but unfortunately, whey doesn't seem to suit my constitution.
