While I'm unsure about the taste of ashwagandha on its own, I’ve purchased this tea numerous times, even for my Ashtanga yoga instructor! It's an herbal tea that's easy to enjoy, not harsh or overly herbal. I love drinking it after a long day, particularly when stressed or battling insomnia. It works wonders! Highly recommend this brand's teas.
