I find it challenging to fall asleep, which led me to fight against insomnia. This tea has helped me immensely. I take it about an hour before bed with milk and honey. Its effects are gentle and gradual, allowing for a peaceful sleep. My mum was sceptical but tried it and experienced the same benefits. I will definitely continue with it, and by the way, it tastes delicious and warming.

I've had insomnia for years, falling asleep at 3 or 4 o'clock. I drank this tea before bed and slept well, achieving deep sleep. However, if I drank it every night, it lost its effect after two days, leading to insomnia again. It seems better for occasional or emergency use when I need to sleep well.

Instead of helping with sleep, it caused insomnia for me. I wouldn’t recommend it for hypotensive patients.
