Helps with insomnia

I find it challenging to fall asleep, which led me to fight against insomnia. This tea has helped me immensely. I take it about an hour before bed with milk and honey. Its effects are gentle and gradual, allowing for a peaceful sleep. My mum was sceptical but tried it and experienced the same benefits. I will definitely continue with it, and by the way, it tastes delicious and warming.

This tea has been wonderful for me. I've bought a second packet "just in case" after the first helped me sleep soundly amidst stress-induced insomnia. I steep a sachet in hot water, then dilute it before drinking. Within ten minutes, I'm snug in bed and asleep. I occasionally wake after a few hours, but I’m grateful for any restful sleep after struggling for hours before. It tastes pleasantly sweet, and I appreciate that it’s gluten and caffeine-free.

After a lecture on integrative medicine, I started taking this tea 40-60 minutes before bed along with magnesium to alleviate insomnia and nervous tension. I was pleasantly surprised; this tea significantly improved my sleep. Finally, after struggling for two years, I have found a reliable method for restful sleep and am grateful for the recommendation.

This tea did not help me sleep; in fact, it made me feel energised and my heartbeat quickened. Despite positive reviews, it just doesn't suit me. I won’t be purchasing it again, although I enjoyed the taste.

Instead of helping with sleep, it caused insomnia for me. I wouldn’t recommend it for hypotensive patients.
