After one month of taking it with rutin and vitamin C, I found the capsules rather large but manageable. A gradual improvement was felt in my joints after 3-4 weeks: the pain in my knees and hips diminished, making walking easier, even with excess weight. I no longer experience discomfort from sitting or standing for long periods. I will continue this treatment for my autoimmune disorder.

Excellent composition and effect felt within 10 days! I took it for my spine problem, and my knees stopped crunching while the bone on my foot diminished. My overall health has improved. Great! 5 stars! This curcumin supplement helps me immensely with my pelvic pain. After the accident, my knee was severely damaged, and walking became very painful.
