No heartburn issues

Replacing dinner with spirulina is not the same as indulging in poppy seed buns, but if you truly care for your health, it's a viable option. I find spirulina quite pleasant, considering it's a glass of green liquid with a distinct grassy aroma. It's a treasure trove of vitamins, and I don’t see the point in taking it in capsule form. My dog loves it too; he dances with joy when I take it out. We have had no gastrointestinal issues, such as bloating or heartburn, from spirulina. I always warm it slightly for better digestion. I consistently buy from this brand as it has become an essential part of my diet.
