HELPED CLEAR UP MY SKIN – COMPLETELY
I never had issues with Acne before. I went on birth control for 2 years, then decided for medical reasons to get off birth control. I had full blown Acne all over my face in stages, and could not get rid of it. My face looked terrible. The Acne was scaring my face (not common to have Acne, but I hardly ever scarred with the occasional zit). I also started getting cysts on my hip (scary, lumpy, dark purple, some puss - have never had before). I went 8 months before getting this product. Once I started this supplement, my face started to get significantly better. It took about 2-3 weeks to see a difference. During the 8 months, I was eating healthy, drinking water (no soda), cut out chocolate, exercising 3 times a week and cutting out stress. I even started taking anti anxiety medication (because I was in grad school and my body went into severe stress with getting off the contraceptive - apparently this is common). Nothing I did helped, so I decided to start a supplement for my skin. This worked wonders for me. The only downfall was it made me have bad acid re-flux (which is not common for me), so instead of taking 2-3 pills per serving I took 1 less with each serving (usually after dinner, before going to bed I would take 1 - 2 of these pills with a full glass of water). Other than that complaint, the product worked better than expected. My face is now clear and the scars are going away (even the cyst like dark purple scars are getting much much better - almost gone)!!!
